How fast do bids come back?
Small jobs priced from our menu come back in minutes. Normal jobs come back within 24 hours. Large jobs that need walkthroughs can take up to about 7 days.
I already have a quote. Can you check it?
Yes. Forward it to us and we'll get competing bids on the same scope, so you can see whether the price is fair.
How are vendors vetted?
Every vendor is vetted once for license, years in business, and insurance, then matched against your own vendor requirements. When the network is thin for a job, we reach out-of-network vendors for that job too.
Who hires the vendor?
You do. Proventus sources and compares the bids. You choose the vendor and work with them directly.
Do vendors pay to be on Proventus?
No. The property pays and contractors join free, so we're always on the buyer's side.
Do I need new software?
